The Cello is in good conditionas it has been well
looked after. It was bought from Stringers of Edinburgh
(Stock Numbers on Request) in 1995 as a present. Unfortunately
it is no longer played but I would like to find someone
to enjoy it, as I have done. I have been told that
it is a very good example of a Zellar. Please feel
free to ask me any question you may have.

Viola
made by the twice Cremona Prize Winner Christopher
Rowe. In excellent and beautiful condition, with a
rich and fruity tone. I originally bought this at
Guivier's in London, but am now selling because I
simply don't have enough time to play it, and would
love it to be used by someone who would make good
use of it.

Great package of violin, bow and case that would reward
a try-out. Beautiful ten year old English violin (by
James Rawes, of Carlisle, Cumbria) well looked after
by a single owner and in excellent condition. Very
reliable, with no \'temper tantrums\' or detuning.
Clear, consistent sound across all strings, rich but
well projected, ideal for a student at college level,

responsive in high positions on lower strings, and
a sweet top register with a great deal of sympathetic
ringing. A well made instrument that rewards the player.

chestnut brown. Length of back 13 7/8 inches.

stick. Ivory frog with silver mounts. In good condition. The

1997 Christopher Rowe (full size viola) |
This
beautiful viola made by the twice=time Cremona Prize
Winner Christopher Rowe is reluctantly being sold
by its owner owing to ill health. A large but subtle
tone. Originally purchased by me (new) at Guivier\'s
in London - an instrument of first rank that had already
passed their careful inspection. Impeccable condition.
This lyrical instrument will be appreciated by any
serious violist seeking exceptional and large tone.
